Your head is just as important as your body. Thoughts, feelings, stress - it's all part of life. And just as you go to the gym or count your steps, you can also train for a strong mind. Sound tough? Doesn't have to be. Small, everyday things will get you far.

Throw it out. That feeling right after you finish your presentation? That relief, that deep breath, that yes, it's out there moment? That's exactly how it can feel when you talk about something you've been struggling with for a while. Sometimes you just need to clear your head. Just let it all out - with someone you trust, or with someone you don't know who listens without judgment. Fresh perspective, no drama. Trust us: it clears the air.
Move. Do you actually sit at home too much? Then go for a walk. Download a pedometer app and your motivation buddy is right there with you. Going to the gym is also possible, but you can also just exercise outside. Then you won't have to look at everyone else who thinks they are fabulous in the mirror.
Tellie out. Do a challenge with yourself: turn off your tellie for a while. Put it away, that's step one. Maybe it will be fun to finally do that thing you always put off. You probably know exactly what we mean, haha! Something creative. Something different. Something unique. Make yourself 'offline available', as the Benchwarmers once sang. Less comparing yourself to others on socials. More checking in with yourself: what makes me happy?
Nap time. Take a spontaneous power nap. Just recharge, nothing on your mind. A half hour nap that feels like eight hours - you know, that real reset feeling.
Most importantly! Be kind to yourself. Not every day has to be good 🫶🏽
